Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
Means QuestFeed Pty Ltd (ABN 58 632 013 855), an Australian Private Company registered in Queensland, and its associated products and brands.
Means all QuestFeed-owned platforms including: AuditROI (auditroi.com) for cybersecurity threat intelligence and AuditDSS (auditdss.com) for regulatory compliance intelligence.
Means all services provided through our Products, including: cybersecurity vulnerability scanning and threat intelligence, regulatory compliance risk assessment and obligation mapping, graph-based cascade risk analysis, AI and geospatial consulting, and related decision support services.
Means external data sources integrated with our Products, including but not limited to: CVE/NVD vulnerability databases, EPSS exploit prediction feeds, CISA known exploited vulnerabilities, regulatory gazette publications, and threat intelligence feeds.
Means any individual or entity accessing or using any of our Products or Services.

These Terms apply to all Products. Product-specific terms may also apply and will be provided within each platform.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of our Products, you acknowledge that you:
Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
Have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
Are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter these Terms
Will use our Products only for lawful purposes
Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Third-Party Platform Access
Our Products integrate with third-party data sources to provide comprehensive intelligence. By using our Services, you acknowledge that:
Threat Intelligence Data Sources
- - We ingest data from CVE/NVD, EPSS, CISA KEV, and other public threat intelligence feeds
- - AuditROI scans publicly accessible infrastructure you authorise for assessment
- - Scan results and risk scores are generated by our proprietary ML models and graph engine
- - Intelligence outputs are deterministic and auditable, not generated by LLMs
Regulatory Data Sources
- - AuditDSS ingests publicly available regulatory frameworks and enforcement actions
- - Obligation scoring uses Bayesian conditional probability tables derived from regulatory text
- - Risk assessments are based on your organisation profile and industry classification
- - Compliance intelligence is decision support — not legal advice
Your Authorization
By submitting domains, URLs, or organisation profiles for assessment, you represent that you have authority to authorise such assessments. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@questfeed.com.
Data Source Terms
Our intelligence relies on publicly available data sources. Key references:
User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you represent that:
- - All information provided is accurate and truthful
- - You have the authority to engage our services for the business
- - You will cooperate with our design and development process
- - You own or have rights to any content you provide to us
Prohibited Conduct
You must NOT:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Products or systems
- Use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer our technology or methodology
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Intellectual Property
All Products and their original content are owned by QuestFeed Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:
- - The QuestFeed, AuditROI, AuditDSS, ContextROI, and ReasonROI names, logos, and branding
- - Platform designs, layouts, and user interfaces
- - Software, code, and technical infrastructure
- - Graph-based reasoning engine, Bayesian network architectures, and analysis methodologies
- - Machine learning models, algorithms, and data processing systems
Reports and intelligence outputs are licensed for your internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our methodology to create competing services.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- - We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services
- - We are not liable for third-party actions or external factors affecting service availability
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
