Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
Means QuestFeed Pty Ltd (ABN 58 632 013 855), an Australian Private Company registered in Queensland, and its associated products and brands.
Means all QuestFeed-owned platforms including: VisROI (visroi.com), DishROI (dishroi.com), HealthNav (healthnav.au), PlaceROI (placeroi.com), ServiceROI (serviceroi.com), and AutoServiceROI (autoserviceroi.com).
Means all services provided through our Products, including: website design and development, website hosting, Google Business Profile management, social media management (Meta platforms), SEO optimization, AI-powered automation, competitive analysis, and related digital marketing services.
Means external services integrated with our Products, including but not limited to: Google Business Profile (Google My Business), Facebook, Instagram, and other social media or business listing platforms.
Means any individual or entity accessing or using any of our Products or Services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of our Products, you acknowledge that you:

Third-Party Platform Access
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms to provide you with comprehensive digital marketing solutions. By using our Services, you authorize us to:
Google Business Profile
- - Access and manage your Google Business Profile listing
- - Read, respond to, and manage customer reviews
- - Create and publish Google Posts on your behalf
- - Update business information, hours, and attributes
- - View and respond to Q&A on your profile
- - Access performance insights and analytics
Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- - Access and manage your Facebook Business Page
- - Create and schedule posts on Facebook and Instagram
- - View and respond to comments and messages
- - Access page insights and analytics
Your Authorization
When you connect your accounts to any QuestFeed Product, you grant us permission to access these platforms via their official APIs using OAuth authentication. You can revoke this access at any time through the respective platform's settings or by contacting us at hello@questfeed.com.
Third-Party Terms
Your use of third-party platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies:
User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you represent that:
- - All information provided is accurate and truthful
- - You have the authority to engage our services for the business
- - You will cooperate with our design and development process
- - You own or have rights to any content you provide to us
Prohibited Conduct
You must NOT:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Products or systems
- Use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer our technology or methodology
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Intellectual Property
All Products and their original content are owned by QuestFeed Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:
- - The QuestFeed, VisROI, DishROI, HealthNav, PlaceROI, ServiceROI, and AutoServiceROI names, logos, and branding
- - Website designs, layouts, and user interfaces
- - Software, code, and technical infrastructure
- - Design methodology and competitive analysis processes
- - AI models, algorithms, and data processing systems
Websites we create for you are licensed for your business use. You may not resell or use our methodology to create competing services.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- - We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services
- - We are not liable for third-party actions or external factors affecting service availability
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
